Catch Up (visitors, visits and halloween)

Okay, so I've thought a lot about doing another post but when it comes time to do it, I think of the growing list of things I need to blog about and I decide to do it "tomorrow." So anyway, it's finally tomorrow and I'm going to post as much as I can before NIkolai gets out of time out :) and/or Luke decides he's hungry :).

Here is what has been going on in our lives:
1 )Baby Eva finally joined the fam. Isn't she beautiful!? I don't think either of my boys came out praying. . I think it must be a girl thing.



2) My mom came to help out with Baby Eva and we got to spend some time with her too :). One of Nikolai's favorite activities ever - visiting the fire station and he got to take a picture with a real fireman (that would be the second picture, not the first). He even wore his fireman pjs for the occasion.




3) Cait and Brig came to visit to see baby Eva and the boys. It was so much fun having them here and we wish they would move to this coast!! Here are a couple pics of Brig teaching Nikolai to play the guitar.




3) I got to go spend a week in California with my Dad. Here is a picture of him as world's best Poppa. It was so wonderful to get to talk to him about life, reminisce, and just spend time together.



4) Halloween. My fireman, my little pumpkin and the pumpkin cousins. Quote from Nikolai after eating the candy he got at the first house, "Trick or treat is very kinda yummy?" I think he would have prefered eating the candy right after you got it at each door.
